Creating the 2025 Strategic plan at Woodstock Trinity School, a Private Independent Elementary School in Innerkip Ontario Canada.

Creating the Plan

The Strategic Plan represents a shared vision of the school’s five-year plan for development and transformation. This plan is based on a process of collaborative discussions with the school’s owners, faculty, and parents. Preliminary strategies for creating the plan are guided by our school’s existing mission, vision and values.

Achieving the Plan

The Strategic Plan represents an effort to establish our position as a leading independent school in Oxford County and to advance our reputation across Southwestern Ontario. The plan will outline our intention to move our school to a brand-new facility and the means with which we plan to achieve these goals. Although change can be challenging, achieving the plan will allow the school to continue to deliver an outstanding level of education for our students.

The strategy for the school’s development and transformation will focus on the following areas:

1.  Program Development in Teaching and Learning

2. Learning Environment and Resources

3. Health and Balance of Members

4. Growth and Sustainability as an Independent School

Each of these categories has its own rationale statement, together with specific implementation strategies to ensure that our shared vision is achieved.
