Early Years Program

The Oxford School provides an early years program to expose children to the educational experience prior to full integration into lower school. To enroll in the Early Years Program a child must be 2.5 years of age. The Early Years Program operates at a maximum of 5 children on a daily basis and runs from 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. This program is only available for families who have children registered at The Oxford School.

Families are welcome to book a tour to see our facility and see first hand the learning activities our staff have prepared. 

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING TO TOS ADMINISTRATION AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION:

  1. A non-refundable $200 application fee.

  2. A copy of your child’s birth certificate.

Tuition Fees

When an applicant is offered a place at The Oxford School, a registration deposit of $500 & a signed Tuition Agreement is require to secure the students place.

Registration Deposit: $500

2 Days Per Week: $3,200

3 Days Per Week: $4,800

Full Time (5 Days Per Week): $8,000

Occasionally, The Oxford School may photograph, videotape or record students participating in school activities. These recordings could be used in school publications, the school website, or in magazines or other print/broadcast media which may be distributed by the school to the public. The child’s name or other identifying information would not be published. *
For The Oxford School to best meet the needs of students it is necessary for the school to be fully aware of any identified learning disabilities or learning differences, use of an individual education plan, or past incidences or behaviour concerns. Failure to fully disclose any of the above could be grounds for The Oxford School to terminate the Enrollment Agreement.
A Student may be removed from roll at TOS should they not meet the standards of self regulation and discipline required for permanent admission to TOS. The tuition and registration fee is non-refundable. *
Privacy Statement
The Oxford School is committed to protecting the privacy of our applicants, students and families. Personal information is not sold, leased or traded with other organizations and will not be disclosed except in accordance with identified purposes above or unless permitted or required by law. Personal information collected on this application is used, with assessment and report card information, to make decisions about admission to The Oxford School. Information from this form is entered into our database of inquiring families to maintain contact with the family during the application process. If the child is not admitted to The Oxford School, information will be deleted at the family’s request. Emergency information is gathered in the event of a health concern requiring emergency treatment during the child’s school visit. The Oxford School has a privacy officer who will answer questions pertinent to the collection of personal information and the information of my child for the purposes stated above.
