The admissions process is designed to help you learn as much as possible about our school, and at the same time help us become better acquainted with you and your child. A call from the Admissions Office will follow receipt of the application to set up a visit day and collect any required supporting documentation. During the visit day the applicant will be hosted by a student ambassador and follow his or her class schedule. The applicant will also complete an interview with the Director of Enrollment. 

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING TO TOS ADMINISTRATION AFTER SUBMITTING YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION:

  1. The applicant's final report card from last year, and any reports from current year.

  2. A copy of your child's birth certificate or passport.

  3. A non-refundable $200 application fee.

    This fee can be paid to The Oxford School by using one of the following options:

    • Send an e-transfer to payments@theoxfordschool.ca.

    • Mail a cheque to TOS's payment office at 969 Juliana Drive, Woodstock Ontario, N4V 1B9.

Occasionally, The Oxford School may photograph, videotape or record students participating in school activities. These recordings could be used in school publications, the school website, or in magazines or other print/broadcast media which may be distributed by the school to the public. The child’s name or other identifying information would not be published. *
For The Oxford School to best meet the needs of students it is necessary for the school to be fully aware of any identified learning disabilities or learning differences, use of an individual education plan, or past incidences or behaviour concerns. Failure to fully disclose any of the above could be grounds for The Oxford School to terminate the Enrollment Agreement.
A Student may be removed from roll at TOS should they not meet the standards of self regulation and discipline required for permanent admission to TOS. The tuition and registration fee is non-refundable. *

The Oxford School is committed to protecting the privacy of our applicants, students and families. Personal information is not sold, leased or traded with other organizations and will not be disclosed except in accordance with identified purposes above or unless permitted or required by law. Personal information collected on this application is used, with assessment and report card information, to make decisions about admission to The Oxford School. Information from this form is entered into our database of inquiring families to maintain contact with the family during the application process. If the child is not admitted to The Oxford School, information will be deleted at the family’s request. Emergency information is gathered in the event of a health concern requiring emergency treatment during the child’s school visit. The Oxford School has a privacy officer who will answer questions pertinent to the collection of personal information and the information of my child for the purposes stated above.
